Rectangular patch microstrip antenna !!!!

we are designing a rectangular single element microstrip patch antenna using fr4 (4.4) substrate with dimensions of patch (Length = 45.135mm, Breadth= 57.96mm, Height =1.6mm), ground plane dimensions(Length= 108.625mm, Breadth=121.45mm,)....
whats the coaxial feed point for this design??
