after reading some book , I recommend

bipolar & mos integrated circuit design / greben
-->2003 new version include BJT process pass device
I think this book is very good .. total 894 pages
I still reading this book

analog integreted circuit / edwin w.greeneich
--> more circuit architecture , not reading

the art of analog layout
--> mismatch in BJT , diode ..

design of analog integrated circuit and system / kenneth R laker
--> not reading

analysis and design analog integrted circuit / paul Grey meyer
--> already release 4th edition ..


if your circuit design dont need reading next two book ..
becuase this book talk more BJT device ..

design and realization of bipolar transistor / peter ashburn
--> talk abouy BJT
bipolar semiconductor device /david J roulston
--> more talk about PN / diode junction ... no circuit

but I am learn power design now .. have any hi-V CMOS circuit design book like TFT driver ? I have 4 year is pure CMOS analog design .. but I move to power design ..

I think Gray's "analysis and design analog integrted circuit" is better 8)
