hello

i have a signal that goes from 0 volts to 14v for 2 us.

i want it to turn on a transistor for just 20us, then i want the transistor to turn off again.

do you know of such a circuit?

Hello, eem2am

That kind of circuit is called monostable. There are a lot of schemes of it.

Regards

thankyou,

i did use a monostable in the end.......it uses 2 transistors..........i did not use the 555 version as it would be too slow.

here is the circuit.
