Dear All!
I want to make some sort of study board for my high school students in college. The aim is to make a micro-controller based learning board with a header on which the student can put any general purpose MOSFET. The controller should be able to read the basic parameters of MOSFET, like, determine the topology (NPN or PNP) and able to draw I/V characteristics, gain etc... I need your kind guidance in finding how to read these parameters using a microcontroller?
-> If we restrict our project to TTL compatible MOSFETs, then, how to make I/V curve without much of hardware stuff? Should i use some low-level DAC to supply Vcc to MOSFET from 0-5volts, and use controller's ADC to read the output?
thanks for your valuable comments in advance,
Regards
