arm7 help

Hello,

I'm trying to read with jtag the programming code in a NXP LPC2103 ARM7 microcontroller; may sameone say me if is possible or not?
For progamming micro ARM7 I use ULINK and Keil uVision3.
thanks

Daniele

Hi Daniel

In order to do that you will need a special software and a JTAG adaptor

Segger has that kind of software but I am not sure they support ULINK but they did support JLINK

if the device is code protected, no way.

The code isn't protected.
I'm developing a coda and I programmed same micro, now I don't remember the version of the code that I use, so if I can read the code I can match this with my other codes in order to find the version of the project.

You can buy a J-Link from SEGGER, then you can read back the code in such sectors or entire chip with JFlash software. But if the device is code protected, no way.

It is possible to do the same with the ULINK cable? If so with wich software?
Thanks

D.
