Read SD card in MCB2300

I read the 2GB SD card in MCB2300 board having LPC2368 controller by keil SD card example. I can see the SD card data in General purpose RAM, but i can't use that data for UART or any other peripheral. When i write instruction of copy that data to UART, disassembly window shows that no assembly instruction is generate for that copy instruction.
