Read program from locked Xilinx CPLD XC2C64-7VQ100C ?

I had a chip Xilinx XC2C64-7VQ100C that was
program locked .Could someone read this program form this locked chip so i could
burn the program to another fresh chip.
Anny helps will be much appreciated!
