Read data from a ADC channel to PC via PCI on XtemeDSP Kit

Dear all,

I am new to the DSP on FPGA.
I have a Nallatach XtremeDSP development kit with virtex 4 card.
I would like to read data from a ADC channel and transfer it via PCI interface to my PC.
I am thinking about implemeting it using a Simulink model.
Does anyone have this kind of expereince before ?
Or if you know any helpful example, tutorial or application notes,
please let me know.
I greatly appreciate it ~
