RC integrators and capacitors both store charge on the capacitor based on the input voltage.

1. What is the main difference in operation between the two?
2. Why and when would you use one over the other?
 

3. What's the main difference between doing your homework yourself, and posting your questions online, hoping someone will do it for you?
4. Why wouldn't you at least rewrite your homework questions so they don't actually LOOK like homework questions?
 

It is not for homework. I'm trying to get a intuitive idea of the difference between the two.
 

The "C" in "RC" stands for "capacitor".

You seem to be asking what the difference is between:
a) A resistor connected to a capacitor.
b) A capacitor.

If so, the difference is that (a) has a resistor connected to the capacitor.

Really, dude.

How are a canary and an elephant the same? They both fly, except for the elephant.
 

It`s not the integrator that stores charges.
In both cases it is a capacitor.
