rayleigh simulink model with LMS equalizer - help me

I have problem with simulink model (DQPSK modem, AWGN + Rayleigh, LMS equalizer) and I dont know how can I get BER wich congruent with teoretical BER.

If enyone knows were is my mistake, please tell me. If no problem with parameters, what should be need do that this model work?
