Hello Guys

I am wondering about How the scattering increases by a factor of the fourth power of the frequency??

Anyone describe it to me please..

can you please point us to a reference where that was stated so we can put it into context

as it stands ... the comment on its own doesn't really mean much

Books On Satellite communications like Pratt or maral can give u good start..!!
