chopper opamp

this is a chopper amplifier . It is a four-stage opamp.
In the third stage,the differential ends is converted to single end but I
can not understand how it acheve this goal. I hope somebody can explain it
to me. This is the first question. the second is what is the function of
Cm1 and Cm2. someone says it is for the matching of Miller stage.But how?

i think that M32 and M34 is an auxiliary push-pull output stage to achieve stability compensation.
 

what is auxiliary push-pull output stage? show me some paper on it please
 

Cm1 and Cm2 are compensation caps.
analyze a little bit of the third stage, it is a push-pull otput stage.
