New RF specification
Hi,
I am writing the specs for a new rf for GPS using CMOS 0.18u. I would like to know whether the following could be met. The RF is supposed to have correlator on it.
1) on-chip LNA NF <1.2 dB (is this achievable on a mixed signal IC)
1a) gain 18dB
2) cascaded NF < 2.5dB
3) Image rejection > 30dB (2 stage down conversion)
