1. What kinda inductor quality factor value is considered to be a moderately GOOD value for an LNA design?

2. What kinda quality factor range one can achieve if the spiral inductor model is used?

3. If bond wire is used in substituting the effect of inductor, what kinda inductor quality factor range the bond wire can achieve?
