Adaptation of a patch antenna, I have some questions

1-how to calculate the length of the microstrip line feed ? (look image)
2-how to calculate the width of the two slots caused by the notch ?(look image)

1-how to calculate the length of transmission line of 50 ohm?
2-and for quarter wave line , we will use effective permitivity including width of the line of quarter wave , and not use the effective permitivity of the patch antenna ?
