I have a hex file written for AT2313

my question is : i don't find at90s2313 then I find atiny90s2313 can I use the hex file without any modification to work with atiny90s2313

Atmel tries to maintain backwards compatibility when releasing new micros. The old hex file should in the ATtiny2313 as long as it doesn't depend on the few tiny changes described in this document:
