This is probably a really dumb question, but I've scoured every tutorial I could find and just couldn't find the answer to this.

I am trying to export an RLGC lumped model of some stuff I made in HFSS, and then dump this file into the mtline instance in Cadence Virtuoso. The simulator I'm using is spectre. It seems like everything I've tried to export ends up giving me different errors when I try to run a simulation with this exported lumped model. Does anyone know what to choose specifically under the 'Equivalent Circuit Export' window for the model to be compatible with Cadence's mtline?

Thanks.
