question on using ansoft designer

Question on using Ansoft Designer to analyze the bjt's small signal s-paramter with the nonlinear model

When using Ansoft Designer to analyze the bjt's small signal s-paramter with the nonlinear model(using linear network analysis ),I found the resulted s-paramters are different far from with the s-paramters provided by vendors.
Can anyone show me where is wrong?

Make sure you are simulating under the same conditions (power range, bias etc.) and using the same model as the manufacturer. You will find differences between manufacturers models.
