I'm reading some matlab code .

Cfg.ctrl.A = Cfg.wave.B.

please tell me why use struct type ? what is the merit ?

I like to use structures in cases where I have to pass complicated parameters to functions. I can load all my attributes or data to this one structure, then pass the whole thing over to my function in one go.
