Hi guys,

I read Mr. PELGROM's paper, but i think it is hard to understand.
Can someone give me an example about how to decide the size
of transistor to get a 1% mismatch?

thanks!

best regards,
mark

To match a pair you create a table or diagram of Ic versus Ube. If at any point Ic at the same Ube differs by more than 1% you have >1% mismatch..

The IEEE paper:

Optimizing mos transistor mismatch

Thanks for the help. But i do not have an IEEE xplore account.

Can you give me a free download link?

Best regards,
Mark
