Question about resources on FPGA vs ASIC

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to do a study on these two types of technologies and I am wondering if anyone knows of any free resources (sites, e-articles, etc) that have some detailed information on things like differences in hardware, costs, and things like that.

Any help and advice is much appreciated,

Hi again, seems nobody knows anything. Perhaps I posted in the wrong section? Please let me know if there is a better place to ask a question like this.

I am simply looking for information illustrating the two technologies and their advantages and disadvantages.
