Question about Proteus Led Matrix stimulation

does any one stimulate 16x7 or any type of led matrix in proteus using led diode and did work .
each time I draw a circuit and load a hex file I come up with many errors due to exessive cpu load and SPICE blah blah blah which drive me crazy , Transient GMIN stepping ..... trouble with node Dxx ...
any ideas or sueggestion please would help me come over these kind of proplems .

I had tried 7x48 with proteus which worked fine.
 

did it work with led diode or 7 segment ?
