Query in setup Synopsys

Hi all,

I want to use Synopsys to synthesis the RLT code, and i don't know how to setup this program ..

I'm having Windows 7 and Fedora 18 .. Can anybody help me, please ?

I'll try to download it, but I don't understand how to setup it, and if it's suitable for windows 7 or not ..

Well the next major issue is the license
The license is quite expensive.
I don't know in which environment, private, university, company you are.
And what is your goal?
For a private usage, the only way is to synthesize a code, it is to used Fedora, or FPGA tool provided by Quartus-Altera or Xilinx.
