I have designed the Microwave Circuit at 2 to 3 GHz. I want to draw the equivalent circuit for the Microwave circuit at 2 to 3 GHz.
I don't know, how to draw equivalent circuit for 2 to 3 GHz Microwave Circuit and how to obtain the equation for gain, Noise Figure, linearity, once we draw equivalent circuit.

If you have any material regarding on drawing equivalent circuit for Microwave circuits and Obtaining equations for gain, noise figure, and linearity. I have shown below screen shot of circuit and its equivalent circuit.

Can you help me somebody.

Is it high frequency (such as 1GHz, 2GHz)equivalent circuits are similar to low frequency (such as 100Hz, 1KHz) equivalent circuits to find out input impedance, output impedance, voltage gain.
