I have a problem communicating with the M95 via UART. When you send the UART command M95 mi returns the same command that I send. M95 turned on by the pwr key and status pin indicates to me that the M95 is turned on. via FTDI send from PC command "AT" and M95 returns "AT". The UART is used transistor converter from 5V to 2V8 logic. I tested the converter and voltage levels correspond, the signal way I examined against short circuit.
I apologize for my English.

Thanks.

Send the command ATE0 to turn echo off.

If you want to make it permanent send the command AT&W after sending ATE0.

These are basic AT commands and you should therefore read the AT command documentation.

Cheers.
