Hello,

By accident I ordered 20 PIC16F527's. Does anyone have any experience with these chips ?
Tutorials, example circuits etc ? Programming ?

There will be to much hassle to return those nice little chips so I'll keep the for future projects.

regards,

Nils

Usually uC is determined for some project then buy, but its ok if you get as low cost. Microchip prices for DIP-$1, SO20-$0,86 in 1-25 pieces quantity range.

For example, uC have 8-bit ADC you can make some measurement such as voltage, amperage, temperature, ...

Generally with options and resources available on this uC you can make some small project with smaller requirements.

Best regards,
Peter

Thanks,

I'will donate the chips to a local school. They can always find a project or two to use the chips.
