Hello!

I am designing a power system that includes an IGBT module with E3 package.
**broken link removed**

These modules are usually mounted to heatsink with thermal grease for best thermal transfer. However I would like to use other materials to ease the assembly process and improve thermal conductivity. I am planning to use Pyrolytic Graphite Sheets since no isolation is needed and according to the datasheet, they provide excellent thermal conductivity.

However I have found little information on the performance of these sheets for high power IGBT modules. Do you have any recommendation / source of info for this applications?

Thank you,

Ernest
