Greatings! I have a power line (a few Amps) and I have to measure the current through it with current transformer. The current is passing to the load on pulses (PWM). I load is inductive. Can you tell me how can I calculate the main current value? The effective value? I need an algorithm. My hardware is working fine, but I don`t know how to use the data gathered from the current tranformer to fine the effective current value.
Thanks!

What is "effective current value"? If you mean RMS current, refer to the well-known definition √(1/T ∫I²dt).
