pullup resistor in ltspice

i am newbie in ltspice. can anyone help me in drawing this circuit..

The resistor is at the top of the LTspice window.

The 74HC04 logic inverter and simple switch are not standard models in LTspice.

There is a device labeled "sw" which is a voltage controlled switch that can be used for the switch in your diagram. Otherwise there are some switch models located at the Yahoo LTspice Users Group.

I believe the Yahoo LTspice Users Group also has a 74HC library which you can download and install. The LTspice manual tells you how to install additional libraries.

If you just need a generic model, there is a "inv" device in LTspice that performs the ideal inverter function.
