PSpice Schematics installation

I have Cadence Allegro AMS Simulator 15.5.1, and want to install PSpice Schematics 10.5. Unfortunately, the PSpice Schematics installer complains that it requires OrCAD PSpice to be installed. But AMS Simulator *is* OrCAD PSpice, with a different name. Does anyone know a trick to make this work?

I know that PSpice Schematics is no longer supported, but I prefer it over OrCAD Capture.

well, i dont have that version and maybe is a dumb question...but have u try making a custom installation and looking for schematics?
 

i would suggest tht u install the orcad pspice for ur pspice schematic... to avoid ur pspice sch behave weird..

y not ask the cadence, they will provide u the answer...

nvr tot tht there is people like me tht hate the orcad ugly capture...
