Hi all!

I'm having a problem simulating this circuit below: it's a three-phase diode bridge rectifier.

TP.png

The error I get is the following:

"
ERROR -- Convergence problem in transient analysis at Time = 20.69E-06
Time step = 15.92E-15, minimum allowable step size = 60.00E-15

These voltages failed to converge:

V(N01303) = -10.00GV \ -42.48MV
V(N00985) = -10.00GV \ -42.48MV
V(N01118) = -10.00GV \ -1.627GV
V(N01015) = -10.00GV \ -42.48MV
V(N01252) = -10.00GV \ 1.542GV

These supply currents failed to converge:

I(L_L1) = 131.07KA \ -29.58A
I(L_L2) = 8.590GA \ -15.29KA
I(L_L3) = 128.74KA \ 15.23KA
I(V_V3) = -128.74KA \ -15.23KA
I(V_V1) = -131.07KA \ 29.58A
I(V_V2) = -8.590GA \ 15.29KA

These devices failed to converge:

It seems as an enormous amounts of volts and amps  . If you have any suggestions I'll be happy to hear them!

Many thanks in advance!

you did not mention your requirements fully i mean your desired output, ripple, load current etc.But if you want go with that design you mentioned on the image you need to add a ground to the load side to avoid unnecessary trasisent effect. it will solve your problem.

Awesome! It works! :-D

Thanks a lot JUBAYER!

Many error arise from trying to use ideal part to simulate real circuit , so you must understand nature of simulator such as Calculating: Represent, Algebra, Data Analysis, Graphics.
