But... I try to "get out" the latched adresses via PA[0:7]. nothing happends. I try to configure the PSD-SRAM as von-neumann memory -- this seem also not properly work. Is for this a clock signal neccesary? It's possible to configure the sram in a neuman mode ? how? It would be nice if someone can help me. Did someone know a telephone-number for PSD-Support in Germany? Best thanks, El_Paco

I have a similar problem 1 years ago,but the chip I used is 813f2. After changing from RC reset circuit to MAX706 upsupervisor reset circuit ,it works fine! I think it maybe the reset signal problem of 834f2.
