proteus simulator

I learning analog electronics slowly but since problem with breadboards and parts, I make circuits in Proteus.

Last days I make few circuits;

1. Connect input and output of 74HC04N Hex Inverter by wire and give input of 5v DC to input.
But output always 5v. If see IC, then you see it have propagation delay and thus output should be pulse.

But Proteus not show that.

2. I use 74HC04N Hex Inverter in Opamp configuration, but gain not happen.

Gain should happen, but Proteus not show that

Any suggest or help?
