Proteus bus fault error with stm32

Hi, i want to simulate a simple led blink register code with proteus but it gives me 9700 errors as shown below. The code works in real-time and in the Keil simulator. In addition, i tested proteus with another code that was produced by stm32cube and i just added my code and loaded the hex file on the stm32 in proteus, and it worked fine but i don't know what is the problem with this code.
