protel dxp +vista running problem

dxp 2004 vista

does anybody know how can i run protel dxp 2004 on vista?
because when i want to run dxp 2004 on vista it has incompatibility error .

DXP 2004 with service pack 4 will run on Windows Vista. You just have to make sure that Vista is set to run the program in the Administrator mode. Versions earlier than SP4 don't seem to want to run on Vista, so be sure you have SP4 installed.

If you want to use the help functions in DXP, you need to download and install the Windows Help (WinHlp32.exe) program which is no longer included with Windows operating systems starting with Windows Vista. Service pack 4 (Build 8.4.03.3664) is the latest update for DXP. DXP2004 is an old, superceded, version of Altium Designer. He will need service pack 4 to use DXP under Vista. The service pack is available for download from the Altium web site, if you are a registered customer, from the link at: https://www.altium.com/supportcenter/ .
