Hi,

Iam in the process of developing a proportional pneumatic pressure regulator.

I need proportional solenoid for use in pneumatic application (Command signal: 0 - 10V DC).

Can somebody let me know where to buy this?

What do you exactly mean by "proportional solenoid for use in pneumatic application"

Here is an example about proportional pneumatic pressure regulator

Look block diagram in page 5.

Another example

Thank u for the details.

I have read their technical spec. They are different from what Iam asking for.
What I expect is a true proportional solenoid which takes an analog input directly. i.e, 0 - 10 V (or) 4 - 20 mA, and the plunger in the solenoid floats according to the voltage (or) current supplied as command.

Whereas the two companies of which you have referred uses 2 solenoids (ON / OFF type). It has an electronic board inside with PWM logic to get the desired function.

But, Iam searching for a Proportional solenoid..

Can you please help me??

The said SMC devices are complete pressure regulators, not just proportional valves.

Proportional valves are available from most major pneumatic control companies, e.g. Buerkert, Festo, Asco, Parker, Omega and others.

hello

You don't specify the air flow troughput ( debit air) ?
you can see SMC ITV2050 - xxxx

i used it for process control on nip roll...

Hi,

Yes, iam aware of SMC, but these companies do not supply the electrical parts (proportional solenoid) separately.

Iam interested in manufacturing a similar product, for which iam in need of the electrical portion only.

Pl. help who provides a proportional solenoid that can be used with pneumatics components to design & manufacture a proportional pneumatic pressure regulator.

Have you asked for example Sauer-Danfoss Cartridge Proportional valve spare parts or
collect parts from used valves.

I think that the hydraulic proportional valve parts, can be used
to control the self-built pneumatic valves too.

Examples here...
