Propogation delay and power measurement of bicmos nand2 using hspice

Can anyone please tell ow to measure the propogation delay of bicmos nand2 gate in hspice? Between which nodes should the delay be measured???also how to measure the transient power dissipation of the bicmos nand2 circuit so as to get a value for dissipated power using hspice.my need is to calculate the power delay product of bicmos nand2 circuit.........

Hi,
propagation delay should be measured between input and output nodes..
and transcient dissipation means the switching currents of the logic..

If you want to know power dissipation.. just give 0 or 1 and measure the current through it..
