Described is so-called specter-clock based on PC computer PSU fan. Power supply for rotating part is taken from coreless transformer, time is set via uart (clock stopped) or by pushbuttons (clock rotating), information transfer is based on clock power supply modulation. A heart of design is ATmega8, real time is controlled by pcf8583 with battery backup. Accuracy of time is dependent on 32,768 kHz quarz oscillator used.
