Project on pulse oximetry - problem with circuit

Hi, I am a newbie and doing my project on pulse oximetry, i am suppose to do circuit analysis of the circuit i have build, I am suppose to get a gain of 100 for my amplifier, but after doing the calculations my gain is 91 and not 100, i have spend the whole day but still don't know whats wrong... PLease Help!!!!
