Project of Moble recharge system

I m making project on PIC16F877A of mobile recharge system.
Pls guide me AT commands for that.
My project successfully sends sms.

for recharge via recharge coupon we dial a long number printed in that coupon i forgot digits but i has # or * init
so using AT commands just dial that number...

i have to recharge via demo card.

i have seen people shopkeppers doing recharge by demo cards.
first make us clear the steps in doing recharge by demo cards manually.

1> start recharge application
2> enter mobile no of customer..
3> enter amount
4> enter password/pin

wait for response if ok then done else repeat above..
please correct me if any thing is wrong.. and plz give step1 details which i have not seen...

i doubt with AT command can you start application...
