can you suggest another project as this project is taken up by someone else also project must be a recent one on which work is being done or completed

If you want in analog VLSI then you can take this one : Low power subthreshold voltage bias....
Or in Digital VLSI...Building low power subthreshold logic gates like inverter, AND NAND etc.
