[PIC] project External EEPROM

Hi friends,
I am new to this forum........ I am working with PIC16f877A Microcontroller in MPLAB XIDE XC8 compiler using c language code and proteus simulator. I want to interface External EEPROM with PIC16F877A using C code in XC8 compiler . . pls give me some sample c code with circuit diagram and its working operation.............

For working principle you can refer to the datasheet of processor(PIC16F877A ) !

yes then you can use i2c protocol for communication with extrenal eeprom.
