programming of vacuum cleaner robot

Hai, I am new user for this forum.
Now, I have aproject (final project). I want to make vacuum cleaner robot.
I have a problem to make the program. I want to make program can make the robot to explore the room.
Anybody can you help me?

Oh me gosh! This person needs to be reprogram so he can ask question lot better.

Maybe buy one of Karcher product and disassemble it.

Can anybody see the missing part of this person's question?

Oh, I know...one example: what microcontroller do you use?

another one another one....: where is the schematic?

I also newbee here. My interest also robotic. Please include some main idea for your project, so that we can work on system design. Yes, the main target is a robotic vacuum cleaner, but you going to need another sub target, such as the sensor sys, motor control sys, vacuum sys, main control sys and etc. I suggest you to look very deep in designing the system, because this is your final project. So, lets get working.
