You can find information at the following standards: IEEE 1532 (ISC) IEEE 1149 (Boundary Scan) anyway you can find some information at the following sites/files: https://www.xilinx.com/bvdocs/appnotes/xapp058.pdf https://www.xilinx.com/bvdocs/appnotes/xapp070.pdf I have attached a nice Boundary Scan tutorial -> have a look.
