Program USB port

Hi,

I want to connect my microcontroller with USB port I have seen many methods in C, C++.
But all of them seems difficult to understand. Is there any method pf programming USB port with matlab I just want to read and write character from microcontroller using USB port

Whatever you want to do with your USB, you need to be aware of USB basics.
To read/write characters you can use HID class.
In general programming, either you can use a specific .DLL or use Windows HID API.
By the way keep in mind that USB is far different from RS232.
