I doing a project TACHO JITTER MEASUREMENT IN momentum wheel .For the purpose i need to analysis the the jitter pulses using matlab how it affects the motor output in torque and speed.

my doubt is how to produce a jitter in a matlab simulink .. the below diagram depicts the jitter in detail.I am dealing with clock pulses
