Problems with values in max281 filter design

hallo,
I have a problem with max281 IC; this is a 5th order bessel filter IC.
I find values of R an C (input signal of IC) for a 10 Hz filter.
and for a 100 hz filter?
and the CLOCK frequency?

data sheet

The data sheet **broken link removed** shows that one capacitor sets the cutoff frequency and the other capacitor controls the shape. There are equations and graphs in the data sheet that you can use to select the capacitor values.
