hey guys....
i was trying to make this pic programmer ....

and this is all i am getting without getting the sucessful output...:-----
1>green and red led's are glowing
2>RB7 nad RB6 ar low
3>acknowledge turns high when power is removed
but still not getting the output.
anyone can possibly figure out the problem?????
