Recently I've installed ic5141 and ncsu cdk1.3.1 in redhat Linux9,but when I started ic5141,I got this warning:
The UNIX environment variable "CDS_SITE" was not found.Your cadence session will continue,but bo NCSU CDK customizations will be loaded
Besides,when I made easiest inverter schematic and simulate it I got this error:
Error found by spectre during hierarchy flattening.
M1:Instance (of type mos2) requires the use of a model
spectre termanated prematurely due to fatal error.
But I've added the models libraries in Model Lbraries before I perform the simulation.Who can tell me what the problem is and how to solve it?
