Needs to be fixed. Can someone give some advise to solve this problem? Or RHEL 3.0 is not a friendly platform to support EDA tools?

Needs to be fixed. Meanwhile, even after changed the .cshrc file to include set LD_ASSUME_KERNEL = 2.4.1 The same error message still pops out when 'icms' is launched. Do you have any idea how to fix this problem?
